Day 6 • Focus

Focus, focus, focus, I can do this!! Day 6 is done and I really do feel amazing. I have tons of energy, I made it to the gym today and sweated buckets. When I started this cleanse Jan1st, I weighed 145 today I weigh 137 I have lost 8 pounds, I am only two pounds away from a goal weight I have been trying to reach for years. Weight loss is a great side effect but the real reason I am doing this is for my health. Bring Day 7!


Day 6:

Breakfast Juice
spinach, cucumber, pear, mango

Lunch Juice: 
carrots, beets, radishes, cranberries, strawberries

Dinner Juice:
carrots, cara oranges, ginger
